The TNY284KG is a series of Islandic flyback switcher integrated circuits (ICs) which have been developed to provide efficient, low-cost and reliable power solutions. These ICs are used in power management architecture for a wide variety of applications including adapter, LED lighting, and computer/AV equipment. The TNY284KG series of power ICs incorporate Gallium Arsenide-Hetro Depletion Mode MOSFETs, providing a low-cost and high-efficiency solution to online and offline power conversion.
