The UCC3940NG4 is a Low-Dropout Supervisor with an integrated Output Delay circuit, designed to supervise almost any power-supply or battery-backed supply for embedded systems. It features an active-low reset output, a Manual Reset input (MR or PRSNT input), and an Open Drain Manual Reset Output (MROUT or GATE).
