VRF148AMP is a high power, medium frequency Vertical Field Effect Transistor (VFET) and RF Power MOSFET (RFPM) manufactured by RFMOS. It is designed to provide high linearity, high efficiency and low noise applications in both single-ended and push-pull configurations. It is suitable for microwave and high frequency applications.

The VRF148AMP is designed to provide high power performance up to 1.5kW at 1.8-2.2GHz.
