ZTX601B is a high power NPN silicon transistor for audio and general purpose switching applications. It has a fast switching action with low saturation voltage, and is suitable for use in amplifier circuits and signal switching circuits. ZTX601B is a single-transistor type, meaning that it has three terminals connected to two capacitors or two diodes that create a bridge circuit, thereby providing the base, collector, and emitter connections.
