A ZXTD617MCTA is an array of transistors that combine two types of transistors, Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJT) and Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistors (MOSFET). It is designed to deliver fast switching times and high performance. The ZXTD617MCTA is a five-pin surface mount transistor array which utilizes a metal gate wrapping technology to support low on-resistance with excellent temperature stability.
The main application of the ZXTD617MCTA is in the power switching and protection applications.
