It is a 600 V, 3 A and 49 pF smal package single diode with a forward current of 3 A guaranteed and a steady and peak surge current rating of 20 A and 65 A respectively. This diode was built with a fast forward mode of 0.25 µs, maximum, which means that it is perfect for high speed switching applications.

The 1N3612GP-M3/54 is mainly used as a rectifier application, switching application and as a free-wheeling diode in power supplies and in DC-DC converters.
