The 25LC640A-H/SN memory is a Serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM). It is a 2,048 byte device organized as 256 locations of 8 bytes each. The device has an 8-byte page write or buffer write and is available in an 8-pin PDIP, SOIC and TSSOP with a wide operating voltage range of 2.7-3.6 and 5.0 volts covering memory operation, program erase, and write operations.
