Working Principle

This flow of electron is known as the forward bias current. The electrons then travel through the base-collector junction and get attracted by the positive potential at the collector. This current flow is referred to as the collector current.The collector-base junction behaves as a resistor, which also causes the current to flow from collector to the base. This current is known as the reverse bias current. As a result, a large amount of current is applied to the collector.The 2SC3063 can be used for a wide range of applications including audio frequency amplifier, detectors, and switches. It is suitable for use in amplifier stages with high gain and high frequency response.
