The 2SC3943 is a single transistor type known as bipolar junction transistors, or BJTs. This specific model is a NPN transistor, meaning electrons flow through it in the direction of the emitter-collector terminals. The 2SC3943 is most suitable for use in audio-frequency amplification, low-noise amplifiers, and means that require lots of power.
