AO8804_100 is an array of two N-Channel Enhancement Mode Field Effect Transistors (FETs), used for various circuit applications. It is made of high robustness silicon with a resistor surface mounted on a ceramic substrate. It is used in various types of circuit applications, from mobile phones to consumer electronics, computers and automotive systems.AO8804_100 features an input protection diode as well as an output down-regulation function. It is a 5V/3V operation, with a maximum channel-to-channel voltage drop difference of 50mV.This FET array is a voltage regulated current source providing output drivers with logic control. It is a PWM control logic driving output stage, which consists of a pre-driver and two MOSFETs. It provides True-Latch logic to ensure accurate driver output transition and LED flicker free operation. Working principle:AO8804_100 array uses a voltage-regulated current source to provide very fast current driving and area efficient logic control, which provides minimal torque rippling and accurate driver output transition. It is controlled by two input logic signals. The first signal is the power/drive control input, which is a level-shifted PWM signal that controls the overall power/drive of the device. The second signal is a logic control signal. This will enable or disable driver output transition by providing a true-latch output that is stable and accurate.AO8804_100 array has two N-Channel Enhancement Mode Field Effect Transistors (FETs). These need the voltage applied on the body of the FET to be below the gate voltage for the FET to turn off, otherwise it will switch on. When the PWM input and logic control signals are applied to the AO8804_100 array, it will turn on or off the FETs based on the level and frequency of the signals.
