AOK53S60 is an N-Channel enhancement mode field effect transistor (FET) used in electronic circuits in a wide range of fields. It offers high performance with low on-state resistance, minimal capacitance and low input capacitance. Its high performance, low gate threshold and enhanced gate drive make it ideal for applications in many industrial fields, including power supply and computer systems.The AOK53S60 is a high-performance single channel FET, capable of switching up to 4.4 amps and multi-channel FET devices capable of switching up to 8.6 amps. It has a high switching speed of 100 ns, making it more suitable for devices that require faster switching times. It has a low input capacitance of 250 pF, which minimizes switching losses. It is also available with a built-in reverse bias protection, which allows for greater system reliability.The AOK53S60 FET operates on the enhancement mode principle, which means that it is not normally in the “on” state. To turn the FET “on” it must be given a positive voltage at the gate, which allows current to flow through the channel between the source and drain.
