AON7254 is an N-Channel enhancement-mode vertical DMOSFET featuring an extensive temperature range, low-ON resistance, and an accepted industry standard footprint. This type of transistor provides a low on-state drain-to-source resistance and deals with MOSFET heat dissipation issues.
