AON7400A is a small-sized, low power, low on-resistance (Rds(ON)), XFET(TM) MOSFET product from Alpha & Omega Semiconductors, Inc. (AOS). The device is designed for 3.3V VDS, 1V gate drive and typical total gate charge(Qg) of 500 pF. It is targeted for space-sensitive motor driving and lighting applications.
