AON7401 is a high voltage, low dynamic resistance N-channel enhancement mode field-effect transistor (FET) designed specifically to replace a number of discrete high-voltage MOSFETs. It is a normally-off device, which requires a gate-source voltage greater than 1V to turn it on under a variety of operating conditions. It is capable of sourcing, sinking and blocking more than 250V. The device offers superior on-state performance, low reverse leakage current and good gate charge characteristics. It is also considered as a Green device for its low-on-resistance, low-voltage operation, and low power dissipation.
