The AON7538 is a Polarity Protected N-Channel MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) and has been designed for a variety of switching, circuit protection and user interface applications. They offer excellent on-resistance matched between the two channels, allowing accurate ratioing and level shifting of signals, and can be used over a wide range of input voltages. The AON7538 includes two N-channel MOSFETs with guard rings for anti-parallel diodes, which helps to provide polarity protection. The two MOSFET channels have on-resistance matched to less than 0.5%.
