AON7752 is an advanced n-channel logic level power metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) specifically designed for high-efficiency, low-voltage power switching applications. It provides a more cost-effective MOSFET alternative to other metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFET) which require additional power dissipation, due to their reduced on-resistance. This device offers a max RDS(On) of 90 milliohms with low gate charge Qg and low Gate-to-Source voltage Vgs.

AON7752 Application Field and Working Principle:

AON7752 is designed for use in general-purpose high-efficiency and low-voltage power switching applications. Mainly used in low-power conversion and HVAC sector, this MOSFET is especially suitable for switching applications in mobile devices, DC/DC converters, portable equipment, embedded designs, and other battery operated appliances. Moreover, this MOSFET can be used in a variety of automotive applications including airbag system, battery charging, HVAC systems and fuel cell control.

As a type of power electronic devices, the working of AON7752 MOSFET is similar to BJT transistors. It has three parts: Source (S), Gate (G) and Drain (D) to drive the current from drain to source. Between the gate and the source, there is a control voltage Vgs which determines the flow of current from drain to source. The greater the control voltage, the more current will flow. When Vgs is above a certain threshold value, the MOSFET starts conducting and creates a low-resistance path between drain and source. The resulting current passes through the load connected to the drain pin.

AON7752 MOSFET has different threshold voltages, depending on the application. When used as a switch, it is essential to use the correct voltage to ensure that its switching characteristics are suitable for the application.
