AP3585BMTR-G1 Application Field and Working Principle
AP3585BMTR-G1 is a power management integrated circuit (PMIC) designed as a voltage regulator and DC-DC switching controller. It is designed for hassle-free conversion of direct current (DC) into adjustable voltage, delivered to applications from an external power source. AP3585BMTR-G1 integrates a Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) step-up DC-DC converter and an adjustable linear regulator. The DC-DC converter provides controlled output voltage to the load. The AP3585BMTR-G1 provides low Noise and low EMI output voltage ripple. The external components have been minimized to facilitate quick prototyping. The device supports multiple output voltages and is designed to operate from input voltages down to 2.5V.
The AP3585BMTR-G1 employs a non-synchronous switching regulator to convert a battery voltage into an adjustable regulated DC output voltage, as low as 0V up to 15V.
