AP3591FNTR-G1 is a DC DC Switching controller with high performance components specifically designed for portable product applications. It integrates a step-down converter with wide range synchronous rectification control and a wide input voltage range. It is suitable for high current, high power applications such as ITE, OTP and battery charger. It can provide low levels of output current and can be used to drive up to 8.7A of current in a 0.3 ohm external sense resistor. The AP3591FNTR-G1 is available in a 6-lead SOT23 package, allowing for a small footprint.The AP3591FNTR-G1 is designed with a 0.8 V operation supply voltage and an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. It is an ideal device for applications that require maximum efficiency and reliability in a small size. It offers flexible control modes, including PWM mode, pulse-skip mode, or FOS- or PFM-limited mode. The AP3591FNTR-G1 also features an adjustable current limit and efficient soft start. The internal power MOSFETs switch on and off at precise intervals and the output voltage is regulated using the internal feedback network.
