The BAS21TM-7 is a 5x1 array of low forward voltage drop surface mount silicon power Schottky rectifier diodes ideal for various applications including reverse battery, overvoltage protection, free-wheeling, and motor speed controllers. The BAS21TM-7 provides excellent low leakage characteristics, high thermal resistance, and effective transient protection. Additionally, the device features an approximate 70% decrease in forward voltage drop compared to conventional diodes such as Schottky and Zener rectifiers.
