BD435 is a widely used 400mA NPN Darlington transistor, a type of Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) with Single Emitter structure. It is designed for applications who require a high amount of current but still possesses a low to medium voltage level. It features a low noise gain, wide voltage range, low saturation voltage and a high current transfer ratio.The maximum current for this device is 400 mA and its maximum Collector-Base Voltage rating is 6V, which makes it ideal for use with low voltage voltage sources. It is also suitable for use as an amplifier with low noise.The BD435 is constructed with four pins – the Collector, Base, Emitter and Substrate. The pins are connected with each other in a single-emitter layout, with the Collector being the most prominent pin.
