Also, by setting the related register, its 8K RAM can be configured into two 4K RAMs or four 2K RAMs. In this mode, the RTC is activated with its 12-bit width divided into 4-byte segments.

Moreover, the RTC in CY7C025-25AC provides a unique time-stamp for each device. The device also features an interrupt output, which will alert any access to the RAM or RTC. With its low power CMOS process, CY7C025-25AC consumes less than 50 µA standby power.
