The CY7C1270V18-400BZXC is a low power, fast, duty cycleconfigurable dual-port static random access memory (SRAM). It is ideal for applications such as dual port memory and compute acceleration,test, board level translation and high speed memory expansion.It is part of the CY7C1270 family, which includes a wide range of high performance RAMs and ROMs with various sizes of both packages and capacities.
The CY7C1270V18-400BZXC offers 4,096 (64 K bytes) bank independent words and ECC capabilities. The device has a write-through architecture, allowing dual port simultaneous access to all memory words. All memory words are organized as 8 address lines, 2EDC/ 2ECC and 8 data lines. There is no limit to the number of simultaneous tasks that can be performed on data written to any of the two ports.
The CY7C1270V18-400BZXC provides two banks of synchronous registers which can be configured to perform multiple simultaneous tasks. The configuration of the two banks is controlled by the configuration lines which can be programmed to perform both synchronous and asynchronous operations. The device\'s data bus width is configurable and it can be adjusted to 8, 16 or 32 bits through software configuration.
The CY7C1270V18-400BZXC provides control via GPIO (General Purpose Input/Output). This allows for more complex logic to be implemented for complex data operations and signal processing.
