The CY7C68013A-100AXI is an integrated Ultra Low Voltage (ULV) 8-bit microcontroller from the EZ-USB® family by Cypress Semiconductor. This microcontroller is designed to yield the best in low-power performance with a core voltage of just 1.5V and a peak current of only 3mA. It utilizes a USB On-The-Go (OTG) device interface and boasts an efficient direct-drive full-speed transceiver USB protocol engine (UPE) that enables the use of cheap, low-speed peripherals for a wide range of embedded applications.
The CY7C68013A-100AXI is an ideal solution for applications where low power consumption, fast execution and small package size are important. This 8-bit microcontroller is also suited for applications requiring protocol-based communication and digital signal processing (DSP), including digital and analog video and audio, graphics, vision and digital control. The microcontroller supports 32K bytes of flash memory and 2K bytes of SRAM and is offered in a small 10-pin, 4 x 4 mm DFN package.
