The DG212CJ+ is a low-voltage, low-power, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) Analog Switch, Multiplexer and Demultiplexer contained in a 16-pin plastic DIP package or a surface-mount SOIC-16 package. It enables the connection of two signals to and from one node, or easily multiplex multiple signals onto one node through the use of data select/ interface control lines.The DG212CJ+ is powered from a single +5 V power supply and is equipped with two independent switch circuits and two single-pole single-throw (SPST) analog switches. Its on-resistance is typically 4 Ω when the control voltage is between 0 and +5 V. It is also capable of handling up to 5 mA if the differential voltage between the input and the output exceeds 0.25V.The DG212CJ+ has in-circuit ESD protection, making it very reliable in harsh and volatile environments.
