HMC7587-SX

HMC7587-SX is an RF Amplifier that consists of three GaAs Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (GaAs MMIC). The HMC7587-SX amplifier provides high-power gain, excellent linearity and low noise coefficients for linear operation. It can be used in broadband applications from 800MHz to 6GHz, including applications in digital television, high speed wireless, WLAN, WiMAX, digital cellular and transmission systems.
