ICT-10, also known as “TVS-Diodes”, are widely used components in electronic circuits. These components offer protection against electrostatic discharge and transients. The TVS-Diode, or Transient Voltage Suppressor, is a specialized diode which is designed to clamp high voltage transients to a safe level. A TVS-Diode is essentially two junctions connected back-to-back together, which limits the peak voltage to a certain value.
