The IR2152STR is an integrated high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high and low side referenced output channels for Gate Driver applications. It is a monolithic, dual-channel Intelligent Power Module (IPM) which integrates two independent half-bridge gate driver circuits and antimicrobial protection. This device offers very high output current and improved performance over the previous devices. Working Principle

This eliminates the need for external components such as a level shifter, pull-up resistors and external logic to control gate voltage.
