IR2181SPBF is a three-phase high side driver with load short circuit protection housed in a industry standard SO-8 package. It is part of a family of high-side driver IC’s that integrate a precise current-limiting function. This device is ideally suited for driving cold cathode fluorescent lamps (CCFL) and IGCTs (insulated gate bipolar transistors) in automotive, consumer and industrial applications.
