IRL8114PBF is a P-channel power MOSFETs transistor with low gate charge and high current capabilities. It is specifically designed to minimizing conduction losses and switching losses in power conversion applications.

An IRL8114PBF belongs to single-channel enhancement mode MOSFET, which is also referred to as an insulated-gate field-effect transistor (IGFET).
