The LM5026MT is a three-phase synchronous buck/buckswitchmode controller and a five-phase buck-boost synchronous controller for high-efficiency, low-noise and low-power-consumption solutions. In suitable applications, it can attains efficiencies of up to 97%. The LM5026MT is capable of operating from a 4.5V to 34V input voltage and can provide outputs from 0.6V to 20V. It also includes a wide variety of protection features, including output undervoltage protection, output overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and temperature protection, for use in a variety of applications.
The LM5026MT can be used in many applications within the field of PMIC - Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Controllers, such as in the automotive and industrial DC-DC converters, point-of-load converters, low-input voltage power supplies, and mobile device adapters. In automotive applications, it is used to enhance vehicle safety and increase fuel efficiency, while in industrial applications, it is used to improve the power efficiency and reliability of the systems.
