MAP6KE24A is a TVS - Diodes (Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes) devices provided by STMicroelectronics. Desighned to protect sensitive electronics circuits against transient over-voltage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD), inductive switching, lightning strikes or load-induced transients. They are capable of withstanding high-surges currents up to a maximum of 400A at 8/20 μs waveform.

The main application fields of this MAP6KE24A device include automotive systems, consumer equipment, industrial control panels and telecommunication systems.
