The TTL/CMOS input stage allows direct microcontroller-to-switch control. The MAX306EQI+ also offers low power dissipation, ensuring that no additional cooling is necessary.</p><p>The MAX306EQI+ is a CMOS device, employing two dual-pole switches, two single-pole switches and two low-impedance output buffers with an on-resistance of only 0.14Ω. Each switch incorporates diodes across the switch terminals to protect it from overvoltage and short circuit conditions. The MAX306EQI+ offers two modes of operation - "on" (low gain) and "off" (high gain). When the device is in the "off" mode, the switch and all associated circuitry is disabled, providing the highest power savings possible.</p><p>The MAX306EQI+\'s pin-outs are logically grouped, allowing easy routing of signals regardless of their respective functions. All control lines are connected together, providing easy and reliable parallel control of the switches.
