MAX313LCUE+ is an interface analog switch, multiplexer, and demultiplexer. It is a family of integrated circuits (ICs) designed to be used as analog switches, multiplexers, and demultiplexers in a wide range of applications.The MAX313LCUE+ is a low power, single-supply analog switch, multiplexer and demultiplexer family. It has two power modes: Standby and Active. The Standby mode consumes very low power while the Active mode consumes higher power. It includes four single-ended switch channels, two differential switch channels, and four multiplexers. Each multiplexer has two inputs and one output. The devices are optimized for use in battery-powered applications and are specified for operation from –40°C to +85°C.The MAX313LCUE+ family is designed for applications requiring signal transmission and signal switching with low power consumption. They are suitable for switching digital and analog signals in signal conditioning applications, as well as for switching high-frequency signals in communication systems. The MAX313LCUE+ family is designed to be used as analog switches, multiplexers, and demultiplexers, allowing for the routing of analog signals between multiple ICs.The MAX313LCUE+ family features switch on-resistance (RON) of 0.8Ω, and linearity rating of 0.1dB (a 50MHz signal). It is offered in SOT-23-6 and Space-Saving UDFN packages, making them ideal for applications with space constraints. It offers fast switching times of 7µs (max.) for the multiplexer and 1.5µs (max.) for the differential switch channels. It also features low power consumption, with standby current of 20µA, power-down current of 1μA and an operating current of 9.5mA.The MAX313LCUE+ family also supports hot insertion, allowing them to be inserted into live circuits without adversely affecting system operation. This makes it ideal for applications that require frequent reconfiguration or system upgrades.
