The MAX320CPA+ is an integrated multiplexer, demultiplexer, and level-shifter device designed for use in applications where cost, size, and power are critical. The MAX320CPA+ eliminates the need for integration of a voltage translator and multiplexer-demultiplexer (mux-demux) during design, providing a complete and stable multiplexer, demultiplexer, and level-shifter solution in a single package. The MAX320CPA+ is a low power, four-channel, low voltage/high voltage analog multiplexer, demultiplexer, and level-shifter device designed for use in cost, size, and power-sensitive applications. It couples an integrated differential signal switching stage with a low-voltage transistor level translator to select one of four signals to be electrically connected between two different voltage levels. The MAX320CPA+ has two separate inputs, one for each voltage level, combined into one output that can be connected to either voltage level.
