Working Principle

The MAX333AEUP switch consists of two SPST switches, which are controlled by select lines. When a voltage greater than the VOH threshold is applied to the select line, the logic gates enable and the SPST switch turns on. This allows the unit to deal with analog signals and also minimize any switching noise. The specification indicates that the maximum offset allowed between the analog signals of the two ports is 0.1V. The input resistance ranges from 65mW-100mW depending on the temperature.
