The MAX358EPE+ is a low power, single-supply, CMOS analog switch and multiplexer/demultiplexer family device. The MAX358EPE+ contains four independently selectable quantized switches, a 2:1 multiplexer, and a 1:2 demultiplexer all within a 16-pin Enhanced Plastic Quad Flatpack (EPQFP).
Applications for the MAX358EPE+ include power management, measurement instrumentation, signal conditioning, and communication systems. With its low voltage operation, the MAX358EPE+ can be used in battery-powered portable or low-voltage systems to decrease power consumption and increase battery life by reducing quiescent current consumption.
