<p>The SD2902 is a dual N-channel Enhancement Mode Field Effect Transistor (Enhancement-Mode eFET) designed for use as a medium-power amplifier in frequency ranges up to a few GHz. This type of transistor is most commonly used in RF systems such as cellular base stations, mobile phones and satellite receivers, where its higher speed, linearity and low power consumption make it an attractive choice for designers. The transistor has two sets of terminals, an input terminal and a gate terminal, connected to the drain and source of the transistor, respectively.
