SST38VF6404B-70I/CD is a type of memory integrated circuits that is designed for storage of digital information. It is a CMOS-based 16Mb fixed-charge pump flash memory, which is three voltage operation device. It contains individual 4096K-bit or 8192K-bit memory arrays that can be either self-timed or synchronous.
