In the Parallel Mode, it utilizes a 16-bit or 8-bit address bus, a data bus organized as 9-bit, 16-bit, or 8-bit wide, and control Bus lines. In the Serial Mode, it consists of three lines I/O0-3 which serve as data, clock, and chip select lines.
The SST39LF010-45-4C-B3KE’s internal Flash memory is organized in 8 sectors of 512 Kbits each. When powered up, the Read/Write pointer is reset to Sector 0. At each sector, 8192 pages of 512 bytes can be stored. The device has two permanent registers inside that can store data even without power supply. These registers are active when the device powers up and are used to enable the non-volatile protection mode.
Power Supply & Operating Voltage
The SST39LF010-45-4C-B3KE provides a single power supply voltage of 2.7V to 3.6V. It is compatible with the 3V or 5V TTL logic, the device stays in the low power "sleep" mode when an external system noise suppression capacitor is connected.
