The SST39LF040-45-4C-B3KE memory is an integrated circuit comprised of four 1024 Kbit (2 Mbit) flash memory arrays. The erase operation is terminated by setting the Erase Input pin to the low state.
The SST39LF040-45-4C-B3KE memory can also be configured to block program bits. This is done by setting the logic level of the Block Input pin to the high state. This impairs the programming of address locations that have been chosen prior to their block (set program) command.
