When the write process is finished, the device generates the Write-End signal to inform that write process is complete.

SST39SF010A-45-4I-NHE-T has a sector protection feature which prevents accidental sector erase or block write operations. This memory device supports an array of commands which includes Write Status Register, Page Programming, and Data Polling.
