TL2845D-8 is a precise, low loss, low overhead, high integration switching voltage regulator controller, which is designed for asynchronous soft start, low voltage dropout linear regulator (LDO) and DC/DC conversion application. It targets USB-PD, PD, CC (charge control), ApplePD/QC, SCP, SCP/FCP, QC4, QC4+, Nano-Power Buck/Boost, SEPIC/Cuk, Buck, Boost and Flyback topologies, including multi-phase and multi-relay functions. It integrates high voltage Bi-CMOS process, advanced current-mode, maximum duty cycle control, voltage monitoring, current monitoring with 2% accuracy and other interrupt sensing.
Features of TL2845D-8 include high-precision voltage control, fast response speed, low power consumption, low start-up current, and good compatibility with LDOs. It has adjustable start-up switching frequency (1kHz to 100kHz) and voltage sensing range (0.2V to 5V). It can quickly detect the output voltage and shut down the output if the voltage rises above 5V. It also features over temperature and over current protection, reverse battery protection, and lampous protection.
