The ZVP0120ASTOB is a widely used, commercially available MOSFET gate driver from Vishay technologies. It is typically used to drive high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs (power MOSFETs) for achieving fast and efficient switching of high-current DC loads. This MOSFET driver can easily be integrated into any kind of switchmode power supply, dc-dc converter, power inverter, motor driver or any other high-power applications.

The ZVP0120ASTOB is a single-channel, half-bridge MOSFET driver. It consists of a high-side and low-side MOSFET driver combined in one package. It offers voltage and current drive capability up to 1.5A and 40V, respectively.
