The ZVP1320A is an N-channel enhancement type MOSFET transistor, which is designed for a multitude of switching, amplification and linear applications. This transistor belongs to the Advanced Power MOSFETs product line by Zetex, and it is able to provide up to 13A of continuous drain current. This delivers improved performance results, due to the cleverly designed combination of a low input capacitance, low on-resistance and low gate charge. Also, this device offers superior avalanche energy rating capabilities, superior gate charge ratings, lower on-resistance ratings, and also a higher power dissipation, among other features.

Application Field and Types

The ZVP1320A is mainly used for power switching applications, due to its unique combination of low gate charge, low on-resistance and high current rating. Working Principle
