The 25LC128T-E/SM is a popular member of the 25x series of serial electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) chips. It features an 8K x 8-bit memory array organized as 1,024 pages of 8 bytes each. The EEPROM is designed to operate with a power supply range of between 2.5 volts and 5.5 volts.
