2N6330 is a silicon PNP epitaxial planar transistor designed and manufactured specifically for analog and digital switch applications. This type of application is used in many commercial and industrial products such as TVs, computers, and automotive electronics. The device is a low-cost, high-input impedance, low-noise NPN (N type) multi-transistor which is also suitable for automated assembly and re-flow soldering.
