ALD1102SAL application field and working principle

ALD1102SAL is a bipolar transistor array designed for high voltage and long data line applications. As an array, it consists of four N-channel MOSFETs (NMOSFET) arranged in a single package. The ALD1102SAL is capable of providing a total output current of up to 1.5A. It offers a wide supply voltage operation range from 2.5V to 20V.
