Transistors - FETs, MOSFETs - ArraysALD1103SBL is a N-Channel enhancement mode field effect transistor (FET) array designed to replace multiple single transistors in switching and amplifying circuits. It is designed to provide significantly improved performance in terms of size, cost and power net dissipation. This device consists of three N-Channel FETs transistors and dual buffer inverters, which are connected as low side electronic switches and allows for signal conversion from digital to analog as well as providing optimum operation for multiple signal logic requirements.The ALD1103SBL includes three N-Channel FETs and two complementary N-Channel and P-Channel buffered logic inverters. Each FET transistor has a drain, gate and source connection, which allow for current to pass along the drain-source channel when the gate voltage is applied. The buffer inverters are then used to provide a signal invert function to convert the digital signal to analog.The driver performance of this device allows for high speed switching operations with extremely low power dissipation, as well as providing full voltage/current control. The ALD1103SBL provides low to moderate throughput rates for medium to large scale implementation in multiple application fields. This includes usage for power regulation, 3-phase motor drive circuits, remote control systems, switching power supplies, motor timing control and speech synthesis/processing fields. The ALD1103SBL provides an excellent solution for high performance switching applications due to its extremely low on-state resistance of 0.5 ohms, its very low gate threshold voltage of 4V, and its high on-state breakdown voltage of 30V. This device has excellent power savings features, due to the fact that it has less power net dissipation, allowing for the development of more efficient designs. In addition, the ALD1103SBL features a maximum power dissipation of 450 mW at 25°C. In order to achieve maximum efficiency, the ALD1103SBL should be operated at a junction temperature of between -55°C and 125°C. This device also has an input capacitance of 500 pF and a current drain of 0.1µA, which makes it well suited for applications that need low power operation. Apart from being ideal for multiple switching applications, the ALD1103SBL also provides an excellent solution for multiple signal logic requirements. This is due to the fact that it is able to provide low to medium-scale throughput rates for a variety of applications, including power and energy management, motor drive circuits, remote control systems and speech synthesis/processing.
