The operating voltage range is from -12V to 110V and the maximum drain-source voltage is 110V/275V. The RDS (on) value is as low as 11.3mohm/square. The MOSFET array also has a superb diode with fast body diode recovery time and low voltage operation.
The most outstanding feature of AO4726 is the short circuit protection, which ensures that the current flowing between node and Node N+ is not exceeding the maximum level of the device and the current won’t damage the device due to prolonged overload conditions.
