BC80816MTF Application Field and Working Principle

BC80816MTF is a single nor-gate transistor developed by Fairchild Semiconductor. It\'s one of the most popular transistors used in circuit design and it is especially suitable for applications such as logic gates, voltage control, switch control and LED control. Its collector to base junction is a series of ladders connected with each other, and when positive potential is applied on the base electrode, the electrons and holes of the ladder migrate to form a series of ladders connected with each other, thus forming a current loop, which is further amplified and changed for corresponding electronic signals.In practical applications, the BC80816MTF can be applied to different fields such as voltage controlled circuits, switch control circuits and LED control circuits. In the fields of voltage control circuits, the BC80816MTF can be used as the main amplifier circuit in order to produce a variable current output or a variable voltage output.
